We had an amazing time at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and beach bar, and the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel had all the facilities we needed and we were close to everything we wanted to explore in this city. The breakfast was delicious too!

I had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to the beach bar and everything on the property. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. The service provided, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe, made my stay even more comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
I recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Upon arrival, we found a clean and moderately modern hotel with a nice location for accessing the beach and surrounding area. the entertaining animation team made for a lively atmosphere and the service in the reception area was attentive and accommodating.
The communication at reception was limited in English and the staff seemed unprepared for British tourists. the fully inclusive stay did not cover certain amenities in the rooms, such as the mini fridge and safe, which required extra payment.

We had a good time during our stay at this hotel. The pool area was clean and the view was amazing. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
The food was not impressive and lacked variety. communication was an issue as some staff members struggled with speaking English.

The hotel is located near one of the best beaches in the area, and the service provided by the staff was amazing. They were always helpful and ready to assist with any requests. the food served was also great, and the entertainment team provided engaging activities to enjoy during the stay.
the room size was smaller than expected and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
